Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payment or BACS Bank Transfer.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Switch, American Express.

EuroNetwork Ltd reserves the right to discontinue or change product specifications without prior notice.
Shipping And Handling Shipping cost is calculated on the total weight of the order and the method of shipping chosen.
We offer a choice of shipping methods from normal recorded delivery to a full courier service. Some methods of shipping have a weight limit and therefore may not be available.

There is an additional small handling charge to cover packaging.

Please Note:
"By Midday" or "By 9.00 am" services are not available to Scotland or Northern Ireland only the normal "Next Day" service.

Delivery Schedule Every attempt will be made to dispatch you order as soon as possible. We will normally dispatch your order within 2-3 days working days (a working day is defined as Monday to Friday excluding Public Holidays). All orders placed on a weekend or public holiday will be processed the next working day.

Final delivery is dependent on the method of shipping chosen.

Delivery by Courier Service: We will dispatch your order on a next day service with our courier. Exceptions, if you select your shipping method as a timed delivery or Saturday.

Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Signed For™: Orders placed with this shipping are sent out with Royal Mail First Class. Royal Mail state "We aim to deliver your First Class Recorded item the next working day", however, EuroNetwork Ltd cannot guarantee this service. If you are selecting Royal Mail, please allow 3-5 days for delivery.

Shipping Restrictions: Royal Mail Industrial Action

There is currently industrial action being taken by Royal Mail, please be aware that if choose" Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery" is your chosen method of shipment your order it could be delayed. To prevent these delays, please choose one of our courier service options. We apologise to customers for the disruption and inconvenience caused

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added.
Credit Card Security All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are not held in clear text on any web site. The Royal Bank of Scotland offers the most secure and direct method of making payment.

Returns Policy Euronetwork Ltd Terms & Conditions

Definitions:
The 'SELLER' means Euronetwork Ltd of Unit 1 Horwood Court Bilton Road Bletchley Bucks MK1 1RD
The 'BUYER' means any person, firm or company purchasing the goods or services supplied by Euronetwork Ltd

Conditions Applicable :
Provided the products are unused & in perfect condition and in the original packaging and complete with any and all accessories, disks, manuals and other documentation, the Buyer may, within seven days of delivery and at his own expense and at his own risk, return the product to the Seller and the Seller will accept the product as returned. A credit will then be raised for the amount charged to the Buyers credit card less the amount for shipping of the goods to the Buyer.

If within thirty days of delivery of the product the Seller is notified by the Buyer that the product is faulty then the Buyer may return the product to the Seller at the Seller's expense and the Seller will replace or give credit for the product at its own expense.

If after a reasonable time from delivery the Seller is notified by the Buyer that the product is faulty then provided the Buyer returns the product to the Seller at his own expense and at his own risk, the Seller may but will not be obliged to repair or replace the product.

Any product returned to the Seller as faulty which on examination is found not to be suffering from any fault will be returned to the Buyer at his expense.

If the Buyer does return any product he shall first obtain a Euronetwork Return Number and ensure this is clearly marked on the returned item and also enclose a copy of the Euronetwork Delivery Note or Invoice. Returns may be subject to a 20% handling fee.

Our Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
