Screw Terminal Euro Modules

Screw Terminal Euro Modules

A range of audio visual wall plate modules designed with screw terminal connections for easy on-site installation.

What are Screw Terminal Connections?

A screw terminal is a connection type where a wire is clamped down into a connector by a screw.

Why use a Screw Terminal Connection?

It is very simple to install. You simply prepare the internal wires of audio visual cable, eg, SVGA cable, insert the wires into the correct location and screw down.

Where to put each internal wire?

To ensure that the module is wired correctly, you will need to know which internal wire to put into each connection. You will be required to "pin-out" the cable that you have. To learn the cable "Pin-out" means to learn how a cable is internally wired, or learning the function of each wire (pin) in a connector.

Do the internal wires require preparation?

Yes, for optimum performance is it advisable to prepare the internal wires by tinning them. Tinning the cables can ensure that there are no loose strands of wire that are missed in the screw terminal.

Why not make on-site installations even easier?

Take the stress away on site, by letting us do the preparation for you. Prepared in our UK workshop, we prepare the cables to the length you require ready for your installation. We provide a module kit - the prepared cable, the screw terminal module and drawing. All you need to do is measure the length you require and of course, install on-site.
