Spend £100 or more (ex VAT) and standard delivery is free — no code needed, it's applied automatically at checkout. Need it faster? You can still upgrade to a next-day or pre-12 courier service for a small charge.

Our delivery options
We know delivery matters, so we work with Royal Mail, DPD and Fedex — chosen for their reliability and track record on speedy delivery. Parcels are dispatch Monday to Friday, we are not open on Saturday and Sunday, or UK Bank Holidays.

4pm cut off times for next day delivery.
Orders received before 4pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day. (Subject to stock availability)

** All delivery costs are excluding VAT.  

Orders placed after 4pm, or over the weekend/on a bank holiday, are processed the next working day. Orders placed on a Friday will be dispatched Monday at the earliest (or Tuesday following a bank holiday weekend).

Custom Cable Assemblies & Cut-to-Length Orders

If your order includes a custom cable assembly or a cut-to-length cable, please call our team on 01908 371909 to confirm same-day dispatch is possible. On busy production days, cut-to-length orders placed after 3pm may not be cut until the following day.

International Delivery

We regularly ship orders outside the UK, including to Ireland, the EU and worldwide. International shipping isn't currently available to book directly via the website due to customs paperwork — our team will put together a tailored quote for you.

Signature & Delivery Address

Courier deliveries require a signature, so please make sure someone is available at the delivery address on the day. If your order needs to go to a different address after dispatch, let us know as soon as possible — we'll do our best to redirect it, though a redirection to a different depot area may incur an additional courier charge, which we'll confirm with you before proceeding.

Tracking & Missing Deliveries

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive tracking information by email. If your goods haven't arrived when expected, contact sales@euronetwork.co.uk within 14 days of your order (7 days for Next Day or Pre-12 orders) and we'll chase this with the courier and share tracking/proof of delivery. After this window, couriers are unable to investigate further.

We offer International Shipping
We are experienced in exporting orders outside of the UK, including Northern Ireland, Ireland, EU and worldwide. We use a variety of carriers, dependent up on the order and the shipping destination. Further information about ordering from outside the UK can be found here. Our International Shipping is currently not available via the website, due to the paperwork requirements, but our team are happy to discuss your requirements.
