The inline-coupler has a barrell style and requires quite a lot of depth behind the module to allow for the female socket and the cable connector to be plugged into it. If you are restricted for space our 3.5mm flylead coupler module is ideal, it features a short female to female lead that gives more flexiblity behind the module.
