We will arrange everything for you - simply send us your official purchase order and we will confirm your order by email.

• Email or post us your school's official Purchase Order.
• or simply e-mail us your order request with your official order number.

Please include your email address so that we can confirm your order and send tracking details.  A VAT invoice will follow by email within 2 working days.

If your establishment requires you to use a Purchase Order Number/Reference, please include this with your order.

• We are able to take orders over the telephone.
• Due to additional credit and security checks, your  first order may take a little longer to process than normal.
• We will usually confirm your order within a few hours. If you have not received anything from us within 1 working day, please let us know as we most likely have not received your order.
• We will let you know if further information is required to process your order.

Our Invoice option is not currently available for schools that are not based in the UK, or are not state funded (including private nurseries and home schools).
